The location was handy, just a short stroll away from Los Fueros Boulevard. I truly enjoyed great modern and huge room complete with very comfortable bed, free internet access and pastries. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was friendly. It was surely a good stay for the 2 nights of my stay.
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location of the hotel was remote, short walk to the suburbs of Bilbao close to the metro, and the cafeteria.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet industrial area, within walking distance of the metro station. Guests mentioned that it is a good value accommodation overlooking the shipyard. The rooms are of a good size and nicely presented, with comfortable beds and nice pillows. The bathrooms are also well-maintained. The staff at the reception are very welcoming and happy to help with anything. The breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, offering a variety of options at a reasonable price.
Some guests mentioned that the walls of the rooms are very thin, making it easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms or the hallway.

As travelling to ferry it was very convenient but of course will be better when all the building works around are complete and directions a bit easier!

Although the location is excellent for the port and Brittany Ferries it is extremely difficult to find as it is currently in the middle of a building site. The original road is closed and there is no signpost directing travellers to an underpass which leads to the location. Very frustrating to be able to see hotel and not be able to access it.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Sestao, I encountered a situation that truly impressed me. When I arrived, there was a loud party happening in the hotel. I was worried that the noise would disturb my peace, but to my relief, it ended promptly at 8:30 pm. Additionally, there was a large group staying at the hotel, and though it was a bit loud until midnight, the hotel staff did their best to ensure a comfortable stay. I appreciated their efforts in managing the situation and making sure guests were not overly disturbed.

Friendly staff, especially the good value restaurant where the personal attention was excellent. Free secure parking was a welcome bonus.
Very difficult to find! Despite having SatNav GPS references, we found the established roads leading to the hotel no longer existed. We twice saw the hotel from a distance but eventually had to ask a local for advice on how to reach it!

Staff was very helpful room delightful had the room with the angled windows lovely to sit at night looking out food pleasant and reasonably priced
Location location location! Could do with a sign as you go enter the site as the hotel cannot be seen and it appears like a demolition site! Two mosquitos were in residence in what was otherwise a very compfy room. Room to large to catch them A/c was not a deterrent either- had been in north Spain for a week and these were the first we met

Lovely hotel if you like factory views! The room was comfortable and I enjoyed watching the ship under construction from my window. The staff in the restaurant were kind and served me a meal even though it was past closing time. Secure parking was available at a reasonable rate.
I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Naval. Despite the slight inconvenience of slow internet and a smoked-in room at first, the staff was helpful in accommodating my requests.

we arrived late, were welcomed well, gave us bottled water, helped us etc, and we slept well in a comfy room. the shower was fab, toliletries a treat. spanish omlett and bread for breakfast, 1euro 20cents, that was delicious and quick trip to ferry by taxi got us to the end of a very long journey home during the volcano disater. wonderful place. didnt see much of area but seemed close to lots of places. near the dock so maybe needed a taxi to get anywhere exciting, im not sure.
shower so powerful that the head, shower, flew off the bracket, would have been even more wonderful if i could of had the full power!
